At ImmoWorld, our story begins with a dream — a dream to connect people to places where they truly feel at home. But like all great journeys, ours began far from where we are today.

The First Step in Istanbul
The story begins in Istanbul, Turkey, in 2017 — a young man with a dream. Mouatacem was just getting started, working as a sales agent in a large real estate company. He was young, ambitious, and eager to learn. He discovered a true passion: helping people find a home, not just a property. Those early experiences shaped the way we think, work, and serve our clients today.
Dubai: The City of Dreams
Only two years later, in 2019, he settled in Dubai. It was a decisive turning point. There, he worked with none other than Emaar, one of the most iconic real estate developers in the world. This experience opened his eyes to international standards, grand visions, and excellence in execution.
The Creation of Property Istanbul
With all this experience, he wanted to give back to the city where it all began. So, in 2020, he launched Property Istanbul with his partner, his very first real estate agency in Turkey. It was a bold gamble — but he firmly believed in what he was building.
Morocco: A New Horizon
In 2021, inspired by His Majesty King Mohammed VI’s Vision 2030, he decided to return to Morocco to create a company that connects the country to the world. That’s how ImmoWorld was born.The beginnings weren’t easy: a new market, major challenges. But with ambition and determination, we moved forward.Very quickly, we signed a partnership with Driven Properties, a Dubai real estate leader recognized by Forbes — a clear sign that we were here to stay.ImmoWorld doesn’t just sell properties; we inspire international investors to believe in Morocco’s potential.
Building Strong Local Partnerships
In 2022, we made our mark. We signed with Aafer Groupe, one of Morocco’s leading real estate developers. It was a major breakthrough. We were building a relationship of trust both locally and internationally. The beginnings weren’t easy: a new market, significant challenges. But with ambition and determination, we moved forward.Very quickly, we signed a partnership with Driven Properties, a Dubai real estate leader recognized by Forbes — proof that we were here to stay.ImmoWorld doesn’t just sell properties; we inspire international investors to believe in Morocco’s potential.
Global Recognition
In 2023, we reached a new milestone. We formed a partnership with Eagle Hills, an international real estate leader supported by Emaar. Others followed: Guartit Groupe, Investor AMA Holding, SGH Groupe, and many more. These names are shaping the future of real estate in Morocco — and we were proud to be part of it.We even collaborated with Emirates Logistics, proving that our vision goes beyond real estate to include real infrastructure, concrete growth, and profound transformation.
Moving to the Next Level
In 2024, we grew. We recruited over 24 sales agents, as well as an after-sales team, project supervisors, sales advisors, and a full marketing department. We advised large companies. And we didn’t just sell buildings — we built our own.It was a moment of pride, a true foundation, both physical and symbolic.
Our Biggest Year to Date
This year, in 2025, we signed an exclusive partnership with INVESTORAMA Holding, one of the most powerful groups in Morocco — especially in Tangier.
