The First Step in Istanbul<\/div>
The story begins in Istanbul, Turkey, in 2017 \u2014 a young man with a dream.\nMouatacem was just getting started, working as a sales agent in a large real estate company. He was young, ambitious, and eager to learn.\nHe discovered a true passion: helping people find a home, not just a property.\nThose early experiences shaped the way we think, work, and serve our clients today.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Dubai: The City of Dreams<\/div>
Only two years later, in 2019, he settled in Dubai. It was a decisive turning point. There, he worked with none other than Emaar, one of the most iconic real estate developers in the world. This experience opened his eyes to international standards, grand visions, and excellence in execution.\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>
<\/div>
The Creation of Property Istanbul<\/div>
With all this experience, he wanted to give back to the city where it all began. So, in 2020, he launched Property Istanbul with his partner, his very first real estate agency in Turkey. It was a bold gamble \u2014 but he firmly believed in what he was building.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Morocco: A New Horizon<\/div>
In 2021, inspired by His Majesty King Mohammed VI\u2019s Vision 2030, he decided to return to Morocco to create a company that connects the country to the world. That\u2019s how ImmoWorld was born.\n\nThe beginnings weren\u2019t easy: a new market, major challenges. But with ambition and determination, we moved forward.\n\nVery quickly, we signed a partnership with Driven Properties, a Dubai real estate leader recognized by Forbes \u2014 a clear sign that we were here to stay.\n\nImmoWorld doesn\u2019t just sell properties; we inspire international investors to believe in Morocco\u2019s potential.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

In 2022, we made our mark. We signed with Aafer Groupe, one of Morocco\u2019s leading real estate developers. It was a major breakthrough. We were building a relationship of trust both locally and internationally.\nThe beginnings weren\u2019t easy: a new market, significant challenges. But with ambition and determination, we moved forward.\n\nVery quickly, we signed a partnership with Driven Properties, a Dubai real estate leader recognized by Forbes \u2014 proof that we were here to stay.\n\nImmoWorld doesn\u2019t just sell properties; we inspire international investors to believe in Morocco\u2019s potential.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Global Recognition<\/div>
In 2023, we reached a new milestone. We formed a partnership with Eagle Hills, an international real estate leader supported by Emaar. Others followed: Guartit Groupe, Investor AMA Holding, SGH Groupe, and many more. These names are shaping the future of real estate in Morocco \u2014 and we were proud to be part of it.\n\nWe even collaborated with Emirates Logistics, proving that our vision goes beyond real estate to include real infrastructure, concrete growth, and profound transformation.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Moving to the Next Level<\/div>
In 2024, we grew. We recruited over 24 sales agents, as well as an after-sales team, project supervisors, sales advisors, and a full marketing department. We advised large companies. And we didn\u2019t just sell buildings \u2014 we built our own.\n\nIt was a moment of pride, a true foundation, both physical and symbolic.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>

Our Biggest Year to Date<\/div>
This year, in 2025, we signed an exclusive partnership with INVESTORAMA Holding, one of the most powerful groups in Morocco \u2014 especially in Tangier.<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t
